The Facility Technician performs preventative and routine maintenance on theatre equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and functional environment. Responsibilities include conducting safety observations, performing repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, and traveling between locations to address maintenance needs.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of experience in trades such as electrical, mechanical, or plumbing. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds are required.
