The UI/UX Specialist will conduct user research to inform design solutions and create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and iterate on designs based on feedback.
Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in UX design and a strong portfolio. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD is required, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 90,000 to 95,652
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
