Vous êtes un(e) professionnel(le) qui a déjà fait ses preuves, qui vit et respire les médias, qui comprend les codes des médias sociaux et qui a du flair pour transformer une idée forte en contenu viral.

Votre impact
Leadership de contenu et stratégie : Vous serez le(la) pilote de la stratégie de contenu social et le calendrier d’une marque radio forte. Vous proposez, vous exécutez et vous optimisez.
Proximité avec les talents : Travaillez directement avec les animateurs et la programmation pour extraire et magnifier le meilleur de nos ondes. Vous participerez aux événements clés, en coulisses, pour créer du contenu exclusif et captivant.
Analyse et croissance : Vous analyserez l'efficacité de vos contenus et implémenterez des optimisations en continu pour assurer la croissance de notre auditoire numérique.
Innovation : Vous êtes le radar des nouvelles tendances et technologies (TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.). Vous avez l'autonomie d'expérimenter de nouveaux formats et plateformes pour assurer que Cogeco Média reste à la fine pointe.
Vos responsabilités clés
Conception : Développer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie éditoriale des médias sociaux, alignée sur les objectifs de marque, de programmation et promotion, en collaboration avec les équipes marketing, ventes et de programmation.
Production et édition de contenu : Concevoir, réaliser, filmer et optimiser (montage vidéo/numérique de haute qualité) du contenu qui résonne avec notre public cible.
Gestion de communauté et modération : Assurer une présence et une modération professionnelle, engageante et en phase avec la tonalité de la station.
Veille et Recommandations : Maintenir une veille constante sur l'industrie, la culture pop, le showbizz québécois et les évolutions des plateformes.
Soutien à l'équipe marketing numérique : Vous serez appelé à soutenir les autres créateurs de contenu, en plus occasionnellement contribuer à la rédaction de textes, infolettres ou tout autre tâches connexes.
Le profil que nous recherchons
2 à 3 ans d'expérience pertinente en création de contenu et de gestion de communautés numériques, idéalement dans le secteur des médias, du divertissement ou de l'édition.
Formation : Diplôme en marketing, communication, journalisme, multimédia ou domaine équivalent.
Connaissances Techniques :
Capacité de création de contenu vidéo (photographie, caméra, éclairage, son)
Aptitudes en conception graphique et montage vidéo (Suite Adobe, Canvas, CapCut ou équivalent).
Expertise des plateformes sociales (Meta, TikTok, Instagram, Sprout social), leurs codes et leurs spécificités.
Intérêt pour les outils d'analyse web et de performance
Compétences :
Culture Médias : Solide connaissance de la culture québécoise, du showbizz et des enjeux de l'industrie médiatique.
Communication : Maîtrise parfaite du français (écrit et parlé) et connaissance pratique de l’anglais.
Autonomie et Rigueur : Capacité reconnue à gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle, à respecter les échéances et à faire preuve de proactivité.
Curiosité et adaptabilité: Faire preuve de tolérance face aux changements et constamment chercher à optimiser ses façons de faire.
