Ensure production departments have a steady supply of empty cases by sliding stacks from trucks and filling conveyor tracks. Maintain and clean equipment in the assigned area while following Good Manufacturing Practices.
Preferred high school diploma and ability to lift up to 50 pounds while working in a wet environment. Must be able to perform basic math and work a flexible 3rd shift schedule.
Purity Dairy has immediate job openings for a Case Dock Laborer to perform all-purpose duties, which may include ensuring empty cases are available to production departments to meet production schedules. Maintain and clean all equipment in assigned area, slide case stacks from truck using milk hook or pallet jack as appropriate, ensure conveyor tracks are filled with empty cases to prevent production delays, and confirm empty case area is full of cases at end of shift to help next shift with production run. Case Dock Laborer will be required to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and communicate effectively with all departments.
