The intern will support the HR department with daily administrative operations, employee record maintenance, and the coordination of training and social activities. Additionally, they will assist the HR Manager in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and conducting new hire orientations.
Candidates must possess a degree in HR or a related field along with strong computer skills in MS Office. Excellent organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills are required, as well as proficiency in English and Italian.
We are looking for an HR intern for Villa Sant'Andrea, a Belmond Hotel, that will be involved in a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from coordinating training meetings to maitaining our employees database, engaging them in social activities. You will also assist in creating policies, processes and documents.
Ultimately, you will support the HR Manager on attracting, hiring and retain our employees.
