The Public Area Agent is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of hotel public areas and back-of-house facilities according to established standards. This includes tasks such as floor cleaning, marble crystallization, dusting, and replenishing supplies while reporting any maintenance issues to the team leader.
The candidate must be able to follow hotel cleaning procedures and company policies strictly. They should be observant to identify equipment in need of repair and communicate effectively with the team leader regarding any operational problems.
【Purpose of Role】
Responsible to clean the on / off stage areas according to the established standards set down by the hotel.
【Cast Key Responsibilities】
1.Clean assigned on / off stage areas according to hotel standards, which involves, but not limited to: vacuuming and washing floors, carpet shampoo, marble crystallization, cleaning the corridors, windows, WC, dressing room, dusting, equipment, replenishing WC’s supplies.
2.While cleaning, verify that all is in proper condition and order of functioning and report to Team Leader regarding any items that need repair.
3.If there are any problems, report to on duty Team Leader immediately.
4.Follow all company policies and procedures.

2.清潔整理時，須確認公共區域的所有設備狀況，如需保修通知當值公共區域主任。
3.有問題發生時，須告知當值公共區域主任。
4.遵守所有公司政策和程序。
