Act as the first point of contact for members and guests by providing high-energy customer service and managing check-ins. Handle retail transactions, answer phone calls, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality. Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the physical ability to stand for full shifts and lift up to 25 lbs.
