Job Description
Are you a proactive Executive PA who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment? Do you combine independence with team spirit and a hands-on mindset that makes a real difference?
We’re looking for an experienced PA to support one of our executive leaders with calendar and email management, as well as project coordination. Experience from working in an international company is a plus.
Sound like you? Apply now and help Ramboll close the gap to a sustainable future.
Your new role
As our new Executive PA, you will bring professionalism, discretion, and a detail-oriented approach to a high-visibility role. Supporting one of our executives, you will manage calendars, coordinate projects, and help their day run smoothly.
You will collaborate closely with rest of the PAs supporting other Group Executive Board (GEB) members, gaining a broad view of the organisation and exposure to senior stakeholders. This role offers a varied mix of tasks, a dynamic stakeholder landscape, and the opportunity to work at the interface between Senior Leaders and the Group Executive Board. Your ability to stay organised, anticipate needs, and adapt to changing priorities will be key to your success.
Your responsibilities will be:
Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior executives
Managing complex calendars, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Actively managing email inboxes, including preparing and editing correspondence, communications, and other documents
Assisting with project coordination and ensuring timely execution of key initiatives
Planning, managing, producing, and quality-assuring content related to the agendas, involving both internal and external stakeholders
Acting as a first point of contact and trusted "fixer", an extended arm, handling a variety of ad hoc tasks as needed
About you
From the moment you start at Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you can continue to grow with the company. Whilst we look forward to supporting your continued learning and development, for this role we have identified some qualifications, skills, and capabilities that will set you up for success.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an Executive PA in a large international company
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, you effectively connect with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
Ability and interest in quickly understanding and helping to solve challenges and issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English; advanced user of MS Office (particularly PowerPoint), with an openness to working smartly with AI tools
Flexible, professional, and detail-oriented working style, with a structured approach to document handling
Proven ability to plan, prioritise, execute, and follow up in a proactive and timely manner
Global mindset and solid experience working in an international environment
You are detail-oriented, methodical, and discreet, with a strong sense of responsibility and a proactive mindset. Courteous and tactful, you feel at ease in formal settings and build strong relationships across the organisation. Flexible and supportive, you take ownership, solve problems effectively, and are accountable for your results.
What we can offer you
This role connects you with Senior Executives and C-level leaders across business areas and countries. You’ll collaborate daily with Senior Experts and corporate leaders who share their knowledge on the job. It’s a great opportunity to build global relationships and strengthen your company-wide network.
Competitive salary, pension scheme via PFA including health insurance, attractive benefits package with possibility to sign up for fitness centre, massages, theatre trips, art club, etc.
Opportunity to work in a stimulating and supportive environment
Leaders you can count on and who are committed to your development
A strong purpose and high ambitions and inspiration from colleagues, clients, and projects
The long-term thinking of a foundation-owned company committed to sustainability and innovation
