Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat channels
Handle inbound customer enquiries efficiently, ensuring first-contact resolution wherever possible
Accurately log, track, and manage customer interactions and case records within the CRM system
Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department in a timely manner
Maintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies to deliver informed assistance
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including customer satisfaction and response time KPIs
Collaborate constructively with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service quality and processes
Represent the company brand with professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
Native or fluent Danish language skills — both spoken and written — are essential for this role
Valid EU passport (mandatory)
A good working knowledge of English for internal communication and training purposes
Previous experience in customer service, support, or a client-facing role is advantageous but not strictly required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for helping customers
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail
A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to relocate and embrace life in Bulgaria
