Process new credit applications by gathering key information to make informed judgemental decisions while meeting specific KPIs and service standards. Collaborate with stakeholders and the wider credit team to improve risk mitigation, productivity, and departmental performance.
A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team are essential, with a focus on communication and detail. Prior experience in a credit or risk management role is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
