The Area Sales Manager is responsible for supervising the Agency travel team and tie-ups to grow business profits and manage agent channels. This includes liaising with internal departments like Operations, Finance, and HR to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients and banks.
Candidates must have 5-6 years of experience in insurance, with at least 3-4 years specifically leading a retail sales business line. A graduation degree is required for this position.

Also liaising with Operations & Product tower, Process Excellence group, Claims, Finance, legal, Business Intelligence, marketing & Human Resource teams for the process. Ensuring that we deliver best of our services to client as well as to banks.
