Act as the primary point of contact for French merchants to resolve issues via calls, emails, and chats. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and provide expert support on banking and invoicing products.
Candidates must be fluent in French and English (C1 level or above) with a passion for helping people. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a rotating schedule in Barcelona is required.
