The Product Operations Analyst will manage day-to-day operational and regulatory routines to support the banking product team. This includes monitoring Central Bank requirements, handling transaction reconciliations, and improving operational workflows.

Brazil's Banking Product team sits at the intersection of regulation, payments infrastructure, and product delivery, managing a complex ecosystem of third-party partners, Central Bank requirements, and operational processes that keep millions of transactions running reliably every day.
With our banking products continuing to grow, we're creating a dedicated Product Operations Analyst role to strengthen our operational excellence and help the team scale effectively.
In this role, you'll own the operational foundation that enables the team to move quickly and confidently. You'll drive regulatory and operational processes, coordinate cross-functional execution, and ensure our banking products operate smoothly and remain compliant - creating the conditions for Product Managers to focus on strategy, innovation, and delivering new value for our merchants.
