Per la nostra BU Industry, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Category Manager - Automazione Industriale, una figura chiave che contribuisce a definire e sviluppare la proposta commerciale adeguata e sostenibile per i CEDI per poi essere di riferimento per i Punti Vendita, assicurando assortimenti efficaci, aggiornati e coerenti con le esigenze dei clienti.
Una persona dinamica, precisa, strutturata e orientata ai risultati, capace di leggere i numeri ma anche di comprenderne l’impatto commerciale. Cerchiamo qualcuno/a che abbia voglia di portare contributo, crescere e collaborare con molte funzioni diverse.
In questa posizione avrai un impatto diretto sulla strategia degli assortimenti a livello Nazionale atta a garantire la miglior performance commerciale della nostra rete.
Il ruolo ti permetterà di conoscere a fondo dinamiche e trend di mercato sui prodotti di Automazione Industriale, abitudini e richieste del mercato finale, lavorando a stretto contatto con PMM, Acquisti, Supply Chain, Struttura Specialistica e Partner Commerciali. Una grande opportunità per sviluppare competenze strategiche e tecniche all’interno di un contesto dinamico e in evoluzione.
