Binnen onze vestiging in Waregem, onder leiding van de Data Office Manager, zoeken we een Team leader Master Data, verantwoordelijk voor het leiden van ons Master Data Team.
Als Team Leader Master Data (M/V/X) zal dit jouw missie zijn:
Je garandeert de correcte aanmaak, verrijking en actueel houden van master data. Primaire focus op product data, uitbreidbaar met andere domeinen.
Een accurate en performante verwerking van de aangeleverde productinformatie is je dagdagelijkse zorg.
Je coacht het team, staat in voor de takenverdeling, en optimaliseert de operationele werking door structurele oplossingen uit te werken voor terugkerende issues. Je staat in voor de verdere ontwikkeling van het team, en de teamleden.
Je beoordeelt inkomende wijzigingsaanvragen, en bepaalt prioriteiten in overleg met de betrokken stakeholders binnen onze organisatie. (aankoop, verkoop , logistiek, en finance)
Je neemt het voortouw in product master data projecten. Je analyseert de impact, de aanpak, evenals de opvolging van de technische implementatie.
Je evalueert regelmatig de datakwaliteit, en neemt initiatieven ter verbetering ervan.
Zo heb je ook aandacht voor de GEO & SEO van onze product data.
Jouw profiel
Je hebt een masterdiploma in een IT-gerelateerde richting, en je hebt al enige ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige functie.
Je bent analytisch, proactief, een echte teamplayer én je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op.
Verwerken van gegevens heeft maar weinig geheimen voor jou, of het nu Excel, SQL, of via script is.
Je hebt kennis van industriestandaarden binnen de master data context. (ETIM, BmEcat, ..)
Je vindt het belangrijk om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen en de datakwaliteit binnen een bedrijf naar een hoger niveau te brengen.
Je bent loyaal, en hebt een sterke drive om mee te bouwen aan de toekomst van ons bedrijf.
Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en Engels, en bent comfortabel met Frans.
