Asesor/A Cobranza Presencial
Contribuir a la recuperación y contención de la cartera asignada mediante una gestión de cobranza presencial efectiva, promoviendo acuerdos de pago sostenibles y una adecuada experiencia del cliente. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de recuperación, las políticas internas y la normativa vigente, contribuyendo a la reducción del riesgo y la calidad de la cartera del Banco.
• Estudios técnicos o universitarios en Administración, Informática o carreras afines.
• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en gestión de cobranzas, recuperación de cartera, atención al cliente, ventas o negociación.
• Deseable experiencia en entidades financieras o comerciales gestionando cartera morosa.
• Conocimiento básico de Microsoft Office.
• Conocimiento básico del sistema financiero y procesos de cobranza.
• Habilidad para negociar, manejar objeciones y resolver conflictos con clientes.
• Capacidad de organización y planificación para gestionar rutas y visitas en campo.
• Orientación a resultados, cumplimiento de metas y seguimiento de indicadores.
• Buen nivel de comunicación, relacionamiento interpersonal y servicio al cliente.
• Compromiso con el cumplimiento de políticas, procedimientos y normativas regulatorias.
• Planificar y ejecutar visitas diarias a clientes para maximizar el contacto efectivo y la recuperación de la cartera asignada.
• Negociar alternativas de pago y acuerdos que permitan regularizar las obligaciones pendientes de los clientes.
• Registrar oportunamente las gestiones, resultados e incidencias en los sistemas de cobranza para asegurar un adecuado seguimiento.
• Cumplir los objetivos de contención y recuperación establecidos para la cartera bajo su responsabilidad.
• Mantener una gestión alineada a las políticas de cobranza, protección al consumidor y lineamientos regulatorios vigentes.
• Participar activamente en capacitaciones y actividades de desarrollo que fortalezcan las habilidades de negociación y gestión.
• Gestionar una cartera promedio de más de 200 clientes mensuales, priorizando acciones de alto impacto y eficiencia.
• Contribuir al control de riesgos operativos, regulatorios y de cumplimiento, garantizando una gestión ética y responsable
