Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Recruitment Intern. This is a full-time, 3-month internship based in our Cairo office. As a Recruitment Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the fast-paced and exciting field of recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews with potential candidates
Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
Conduct initial phone screenings and assist in conducting in-person interviews
Assist in maintaining and updating our candidate database
Support the recruitment team in administrative tasks such as drafting offer letters and contracts
Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to attract top talent
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve and streamline the recruitment process
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with recruitment software
Passion for the recruitment industry and a desire to learn and grow in this field
