The key responsibilities include:

• Recording bank transactions
  
• Performing bank reconciliations
  
• Reconciling EFTPOS payment gateways
  
• Reconciling debtor accounts
  
• Debt recovery via phone calls and emails
  
• Managing debt recovery from retail groups through their EPR systems
  
• Credit control
  
• Processing credit applications
  

Requirements

• A minimum of two years’ experience in Accounts Receivable is preferred
  
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify errors accurately and efficiently
  
• Excellent typing skills, with experience in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
  
• Experience with NetSuite is preferred but not essential
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Excellent ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  
• Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to new technology
  
• In-depth understanding of databases
  
• Highly organized
