Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and live chat, assisting customers with queries related to Canon consumer electronics products including cameras, printers, scanners, and imaging accessories.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with Canon devices efficiently, ensuring a high first-contact resolution rate and outstanding customer satisfaction scores.
• Guide Dutch-speaking customers through product setup, configuration, firmware updates, and troubleshooting procedures for a wide range of Canon consumer electronics.

• Native or fluent Dutch language proficiency (both spoken and written) is essential — this role is exclusively available to Dutch-speaking candidates.
• A valid EU passport or EU citizenship is mandatory for this position.
• A strong interest in or prior experience with consumer electronics, imaging technology, or technical customer support is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and patiently to a diverse customer base.
• Proficiency in English at a conversational or professional level for internal communication and training purposes.
• A reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment within Greece, consistent with remote working requirements.
• Previous experience in a customer service, technical support, or contact centre environment is a distinct advantage, though full training will be provided.
