Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support to German-speaking travellers via phone, email, and live chat in connection with Avis car rental services across tourism destinations worldwide
• Assist customers with booking enquiries, vehicle reservations, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring a smooth and stress-free travel experience
• Provide accurate information regarding vehicle categories, rental terms, insurance options, and tourism-related add-ons to help customers make informed decisions
• Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalations, and service issues promptly and professionally, always upholding the highest standards of the tourism industry
• Process customer accounts, update booking records, and maintain precise data entry within internal CRM and reservation management systems
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and tourism partners to coordinate solutions and ensure consistent service quality across all customer touchpoints
• Stay up to date with Avis promotions, seasonal tourism offers, and product updates to provide customers with relevant and timely information
• Contribute to team performance targets and service level agreements, supporting the overall success of the tourism customer support operation
• Native or fluent German language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role
• A valid EU passport or the legal right to work and reside within the European Union (mandatory)
• Previous experience in customer service, tourism, hospitality, travel, or a related client-facing industry is highly advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to empathise with travellers and resolve issues with confidence and professionalism
• Good working knowledge of computers, CRM tools, and standard office applications; the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously is a plus
• A reliable internet connection and a suitable, quiet remote working environment based within Greece
