• Collaborate with international teams to optimize service delivery within the consumer electronics support department.
• Stay updated on the latest Miele product innovations and features to provide precise, value-added support.
• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably within the consumer electronics industry.
• Strong proficiency in English to facilitate communication within our diverse, multi-cultural corporate environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for technology and premium home appliances.
• Ability to relocate to Athens, Greece, to join our vibrant team on-site.
