We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Portuguese Speaking Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. • Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
• Proven experience in a Customer Support Services role or a high-volume client-facing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an empathetic approach to customer interaction.
• Availability for on-site work in Sofia, Bulgaria.
