Candidates must hold a university degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Finance, along with AASP and ASA professional certifications. Strong technical knowledge of actuarial pricing techniques and experience in the life and health insurance industry are required.
Group Product and Pricing Senior Manager is responsible for the end-to-end product development, pricing and ongoing profitability management of the group life business. The team partners closely with Corporate Solutions and Alternative Distribution team to ensure sustainable and competitive offerings for corporate clients.
The position is primarily accountable for pricing of group / corporate accounts (both new business and renewals), and development, pricing and implementation of group / corporate product solutions. The role ensures that pricing is technically sound, aligned with risk appetite and regulatory requirements, and supports the company’s growth and profitability objectives.
The Group Product and Pricing Senior Manager will report to the Head of Pricing / Pricing Officer.
