Requires a bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline and at least 2 years of experience in direct-to-consumer lending or retail credit. Proficiency in analytics tools like SAS, SQL, Python, or Tableau is required.

As a Risk Strategy Associate in the Card Credit Decisioning team, you drive acquisition risk strategy by setting guardrails for growth, monitoring performance, and strengthening underwriting decisions across key customer segments.
