The Medical Billing Supervisor oversees the training and development of Medical Claims Specialists while managing the submission of claims data and payments. They are responsible for auditing team performance, resolving outstanding claim issues, and preparing A/R reports.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with an associate degree preferred, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong leadership and organizational skills are required.

The Medical Billing (Claims) Supervisor is responsible for the supervision, training and development of a team of Medical Claims Specialists. The Medical Billing (Claims) Supervisor manages the submission of claims data, payments and works with team members and agencies to resolve outstanding claim issues.
