The Escrow Assistant provides critical administrative and customer support throughout the escrow process, including opening orders and preparing closing documents. They are responsible for communicating with customers and handling disbursements to ensure a smooth real estate transaction.
Candidates should have a high school diploma and preferably over 2 years of escrow-related experience. Proficiency in MS Office and strong interpersonal skills are required to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, handling the complete disbursement and follow-up
Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow
Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings
Working with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions, assisting customers to ensure a phenomenal customer experience
