Provide advanced administrative support for residential escrow transactions, including preparing settlement statements and managing closing files. Coordinate communication between customers, agents, and lenders to ensure timely and accurate residential closings.
Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 4 years of directly related escrow experience. Strong knowledge of residential closing processes and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
A dependable, detail-oriented escrow professional who understands residential closings, communicates effectively with all parties, supports Escrow Officers through each stage of the transaction, and helps deliver a positive closing experience.
This position is eligible for bonus pay and/or incentives for production or other goals. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
