Manage a portfolio of title insurance claims by investigating facts, determining coverage, and developing resolution strategies. Oversee outside litigation counsel and represent the company in court proceedings and settlement conferences.
Requires a Law Degree and a valid license to practice law in any US state. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in litigation or claims handling, preferably within the real estate sector.
