The personal trainer is responsible for building and maintaining a client base while managing schedules and sales of training programs. They must also conduct fitness assessments, lead workouts, and ensure a safe and organized environment on the fitness floor.
Candidates must possess a current personal training certification or be willing to obtain one through the company's reimbursement program. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work in-person are required.
