The Front Desk Associate is responsible for professionally greeting members and guests while managing facility access and account updates. They also provide high-level customer service by answering inquiries and maintaining an orderly, clean work environment.
Candidates must have at least one year of customer service experience and a high school diploma or GED. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 50lbs.
