The Lead Massage Therapist is responsible for managing daily spa operations, including inventory and client relationships, while performing up to 20 treatments per week. They also oversee staff coaching, outreach marketing, and ensure a high-quality, safe experience for all members.
Candidates must possess a valid NY Massage Therapy License and have prior management or leadership experience. Excellent communication, customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.

The Lead Massage Therapist is responsible to help ensure a memorable experience for our members and clients. This includes greeting members as they enter the facilities, orienting spa clients to the spa facilities, and providing services to clients.
