The Assistant General Manager is responsible for managing front desk, maintenance, and kids' club departments while ensuring brand standards and financial goals are met. They will also support the General Manager in daily operations, staff development, and maintaining club safety and cleanliness.
Candidates must have 1-3 years of operational management experience and strong leadership and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and the ability to work a flexible schedule is required.
