Lead process engineering efforts and provide manufacturing guidance to operations teams to improve safety, quality, and productivity. Facilitate continuous improvement projects, manage scale-up efforts for new products, and maintain robust process documentation.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline and at least 7 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment. Candidates must have experience with PSM facilities and proficiency in industrial process control systems like DCS and PLC.
