Finalidad del cargo:
Desarrolla un conocimiento y una comprensión de los productos/sistemas/servicios, clientes y necesidades de los clientes del área comercial respaldada. Trabaja en aplicaciones específicas de clientes que generalmente incluyen el diseño y la puesta en marcha de equipos de dosificación monitoreo y control de aplicación de productos químicos para tratamiento de aguas industriales. Realiza estudios de factibilidad, determina estimaciones de mano de obra y costos, y desarrolla criterios de ingeniería. Realiza análisis para desarrollar opciones de diseño o recomendaciones para estructuras, sistemas y componentes. Las actividades conducen a productos, procesos, sistemas o métodos nuevos o mejorados que tienen un impacto potencial significativo que impacta en las operaciones del cliente fortaleciendo la propuesta de valor
Diagnostica, repara y ajusta equipos y entrenar clientes en esos procedimientos
Realizar diagnóstico, mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de equipos en el campo.
Identificar fallas y aplicar soluciones efectivas para asegurar la operatividad continua de los sistemas.
Instalar y configurar nuevos equipos siguiendo especificaciones técnicas y reglamentarias del cliente y/o Ecolab.
Generar informes técnicos sobre el estado de los equipos y recomendar acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario
Auxilia el cliente con entrenamiento en sitio utilizando material de Entrenamiento Operacional en determinadas cuentas. Documentar entrenamientos usando informes de servicio personal.
Mantener un registro detallado de las actividades realizadas en cada equipo, incluyendo mantenimiento, reparaciones, inventario de consumibles sugeridos y calibraciones de instrumentos
Provee documentación para todo trabajo y servicio como sigue: Personal Service Reports para todos los Service calls, Call Reports semanales, Planning Schedule mensuales, y Expense Reports mensuales.
Es responsable por cumplir con las disposiciones del Sistema de Gestión SOMA, aplicables a su puesto de trabajo y por la implementación de los procedimientos e instrucciones de seguridad y medio ambiente.
Profesional en Electrónica, Mecatrónica, Electromecánica o profesiones afines
3 a cinco años de experiencia en roles similares ejecutando proyectos (excluyente)
Experiencia ideal en entornos industriales
Ideal conocimiento en Autocad, Solidworks, Plataformas de automatización y control y/o Protocolos de automatizaciones
Licencia de Conducción de vehículo vigente y con minimo dos años de expedición
