We consult, design, build and orchestrate smart communications solutions across traditional and emerging channels to help clients drive increased customer engagement and optimize operational efficiencies. Reporting to the QA Team Leader, the QA Analyst will be detailed oriented and have a strong client focus in order to guide clients through the integration and user acceptance testing phases of their assigned projects. In this role, you will support and provide testing and quality assurance services on commercial and internal contracts deliverables for our communication services clients.
