Cloudflare is seeking a lawyer with a passion for new technologies to join the Product Counsel team. The Product Counsel team serves as the frontline legal contact and helps solve some of the company’s thorniest issues. As a member of the team, you’ll wear many hats and lead cross-functional projects with meaningful impact. The ideal candidate brings deep enthusiasm for innovative technology and the ability to collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams throughout the software development and commercialization lifecycle.
This role requires drafting and negotiating the technology transactions that fuel our products, such as our AI inference offerings. Through this work, you will help evaluate novel legal questions and craft practical solutions at the frontier of law and technology.
As a member of the Product Counsel team, you will also support privacy-by-design reviews, document data flows for responsible AI counseling, and partner with the commercial legal team to address complex customer inquiries.
Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.
