Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Transporte Jr. para atuar em nossa unidade de Extrema, garantindo a eficiência das operações logísticas e contribuindo para a excelência no atendimento aos clientes. Nesta posição, você será responsável por acompanhar entregas e coletas, monitorar indicadores de performance logística, apoiar a gestão de transportadoras e atuar na resolução de ocorrências, assegurando o fluxo eficiente das operações de transporte em todo o Brasil.
Monitorar o status dos carregamentos e entregas, atuando junto às transportadoras para garantir o lead time firmado e manter a satisfação do cliente.
Solicitar e monitorar as entregas agendadas.
Realizar a gestão e o acompanhamento de ocorrências de transporte.
Programar e acompanhar as devoluções até a entrada no sistema.
Dar suporte na atualização, análise e controle de KPI's logísticos, como entregas no prazo, ocorrências, avarias, perdas, devoluções e custos.
Planejar e acompanhar as programações de entregas e coletas.
Realizar a conferência e validação de CTEs, canhotos, notas fiscais e demais documentos relacionados ao transporte.
Criar requisição de compra relacionada ao frete de saída e outros custos de transporte.
Fazer a interface com área de pagamentos para garantir os lançamentos corretos e pagamentos de faturas.
Suporte as transportadoras para a correta emissão de documentos de transporte.
Manter comunicação ativa com as áreas de armazéns e atendimento ao cliente para garantir o fluxo correto de informações.
Suporte em auditorias internas.
