The Chocolate Academy Chef plans and delivers pastry masterclasses and provides technical support to customers to optimize their processes. They are also responsible for developing innovative recipes and collaborating with the sales team to promote premium chocolate brands.
Candidates need at least 3 years of industry experience with advanced training in confectionery, pastry, and ice cream. Proficiency in English and a willingness to travel 30-40% of the time are required.
