Acessar e acompanhar os sinistros aprovados no Sistema Gestauto.
Identificar os itens elegíveis para reembolso junto à Seguradora Assurant.
Validar documentos e evidências necessárias para cobertura.
Lançar corretamente as informações no sistema da seguradora.
Acompanhar os retornos de validação e não validação.
Reportar negativas para a área técnica buscar a correção do processo.
Gerar relatórios gerenciais para acompanhamento dos indicadores
Ensino Superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Processos Gerenciais, Gestão Financeira, Seguros ou áreas correlatas.
Experiência prévia em atividades administrativas, análise documental, atendimento ao cliente ou rotinas de backoffice será considerada um diferencial.
Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office, com ênfase em Excel e Outlook.
Facilidade para utilização de sistemas e lançamento de informações.
Boa capacidade analítica para validação de documentos, evidências e informações relacionadas a sinistros.
Atenção aos detalhes e comprometimento com a qualidade e precisão dos dados.
Boa comunicação verbal e escrita para interação com equipes internas e parceiros.
Organização e capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas demandas simultaneamente.
