The Senior Compensation Analyst will design, administer, and enhance global compensation programs while partnering with HR stakeholders and business leaders. Key duties include conducting market benchmarking, job evaluations, annual compensation planning, and supporting organizational changes or M&A activities.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of global compensation experience in a public company environment. Proficiency in advanced Excel, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills are required for this role.
The Senior Compensation Analyst is a key player in the analysis and implementation of compensation philosophy, programs, policies, and structures for the organization. You will partner with People Business Partners, business leaders, and HR stakeholders to design, administer, and enhance compensation programs that support the company's talent strategy and pay philosophy.
This role provides consultative support on compensation-related matters including market benchmarking, job evaluation, annual compensation planning, organizational changes, M&A activities, reporting, compensation governance, and global compensation initiatives.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable working in ambiguity while supporting ongoing compensation transformation efforts across a global organization.
