Support pay equity analysis, compensation governance activities, and compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
Develop executive-ready analyses, reports, presentations, and recommendations that support compensation-related decision-making.
Support global compensation transformation initiatives focused on process standardization, technology enablement, and scalable compensation practices.
Partner with stakeholders across multiple regions, including Asia Pacific (APAC), to support compensation projects and business priorities.
Research market trends, compensation regulations, and emerging practices to provide informed recommendations and insights.
Contribute to special projects, vendor reviews, and strategic compensation initiatives as business needs evolve.

Build strong relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and compensation stakeholders.
Independently conduct analyses and develop recommendations supported by data.
Contribute to the ongoing evolution and modernization of Assurant's compensation framework.
Bring innovative ideas and an external perspective to improve processes and outcomes.
Location & Work Arrangement
This position is based in Argentina and follows a hybrid work model.
Expected to attend the office one day per week.
Primary schedule aligned with Argentina business hours.
Occasional flexibility may be required to support Asia Pacific stakeholders across different time zones.
Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of compensation, total rewards, or related analytical experience.
Strong knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, market pricing, salary structures, and incentive programs.
Advanced reporting, data analysis, and data visualization capabilities.
Experience working with compensation surveys, HR systems, and large datasets.
Experience supporting global or multi-country compensation programs.
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in changing, fast-paced, and evolving environments.
Ability to make recommendations, influence decisions, and communicate compensation insights to diverse audiences.
Exposure to AI-enabled tools, automation initiatives, or technology-driven process improvements.
Intellectual curiosity and a genuine desire to learn, challenge the status quo, and continuously improve processes.
