The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing labor distribution and workflow to meet production goals within the warehouse. They perform various operational tasks including receiving, storing, inventory control, shipping, and order fulfillment.
The role typically requires a high school diploma and 2-5 years of relevant warehouse experience. Candidates may also need specific certifications for operating material handling equipment.
Principal Accountabilities
● Responsible for labor distribution and workflow to ensure quality and production goals are met. Work independently on standard warehouse operations.
● Proficient in multiple warehouse functions, support one or more departments: receiving, storing, inventory control, shipping, order fulfillment.
● Transport/staging of product, may operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jack, stacker, forklift) after certification.
● Maintain work and product store areas.

● Has limited discretion to vary from established procedures
Experience / Education
