Establish the operational risk and controls strategy for GCS and set up a foundational governance structure. Ensure control management is embedded in day-to-day operations through collaboration across various business units and geographies.
Requires at least 2 years of experience in operational risk management or internal audit with strong analytical and project management skills. A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or risk management is preferred along with familiarity with GRC tools and Gen AI.
