The Restoration Sales Estimator assesses property damage from water, fire, and mold to develop accurate scopes of work and detailed estimates. They act as a primary liaison between property owners, insurance representatives, and internal production teams to ensure successful project execution.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in restoration estimating or insurance adjusting and proficiency in Xactimate software. A bachelor's degree in construction management or business and IICRC certifications are preferred.
