The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for assessing property damage and creating detailed estimates for restoration and remediation projects. They act as a primary point of contact for customers and insurance representatives to ensure accurate scopes of work and timely project execution.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in restoration estimating or insurance adjusting and proficiency in Xactimate software. A bachelor's degree in construction management or business is preferred, along with a valid driver's license.
