The Senior Financial Analyst will lead the consolidation of P&L activities, including monthly closes, forecasts, and annual operating plans for the Cell Culture and Cell Therapy business. How you will make an impact:
Cell Culture and Cell Therapy (CC&CT) is a $1B+ business within the BioProduction Group, supporting biopharma customers in the development and manufacturing of innovative biologics and cell therapies.
We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to own and support key FP&A processes across the business, including forecasting, financial planning, and business reporting. In this role, you will contribute to financial planning and consolidation activities while driving process improvements that enhance forecasting, reporting, and business decision-making.
Join a collaborative finance team where build strong cross-functional partnerships, improve financial processes, and help deliver the insights that drive better business decisions.
What you will do:
• Lead the consolidation of the full P&L across monthly close, forecasts, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Strategic Operating Plan (STRAP), and business reviews for CC&CT; develop variance analysis and key business assumptions
• Exhibit leadership, initiative, and the Thermo Fisher Scientific 4-I values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement.
Travel requirements
• Less than 10% domestic/international travel required
