The Field Specialist manages the delivery of Ricoh Enterprise Services and managed document services at customer sites to maximize uptime and user satisfaction. They act as the primary liaison between the customer's IT department and Ricoh to optimize business processes and maintain service level agreements.

Position Overview
As a Videographer / Video Editor you will play a key role in supporting Client video director and production team across all phases of content creation. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role responsible for producing, filming, and editing video content for a variety of internal clients.
This role includes approximately 10% travel to support on-location productions.
This role is structured with a strong balance of responsibilities:
You will contribute to storytelling efforts from concept through delivery, ensuring high production value, strong visual composition, and polished final content. The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and creatively driven, with a deep understanding of modern filmmaking techniques and corporate storytelling.
