The Staff RN delivers nursing care to patients in the CardioVascular ICU by interpreting medical plans and utilizing established protocols. Responsibilities include monitoring cardiac rhythms, administering emergency medications, and providing age-specific patient and family education.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and possess a valid Registered Nurse license. At least one year of critical care experience or completion of an AACN-accredited critical care course is required, along with ACLS certification.
