The company’s mission is to help close the U.S. housing gap of 4.5 million homes by transforming how residential structures are designed and built. Verustruct focuses on integrating advanced robotics, automation, and novel construction methods into practical, scalable solutions. Team members collaborate across disciplines to bring next-generation construction systems from concept to field deployment, with a strong emphasis on real-world impact and long-term sustainability.
About the Role
You’ll own mechanical design for the machines at the core of Verustruct’s robotic construction platform. Working closely with controls, materials, structural engineering, and manufacturing, you’ll take complex hardware subsystems from concept through CAD, analysis, prototyping, testing, and deployment.
This role is for someone who is excited to build real machines, iterate quickly, and help define the mechanical architecture of a new category of construction technology.

Final compensation will depend on experience level, technical depth, leadership scope, and fit for the role. Our compensation package includes optionality for a meaningful equity portion designed to reward early employees for helping build Verustruct into a category-defining company.
