The Facilities Technician will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and infrastructure projects across mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in facilities or industrial maintenance with hands-on proficiency in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing trades. We’re hiring engineers, operators, and builders who want to move fast, take on extreme ownership, and get capability into the hands of warfighters in months, not years.
As a Facilities Technician at Neros, you will support day-to-day facility operations, preventative maintenance, repairs, incident response, and small infrastructure projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work directly with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, compressed air, and general building systems to keep our manufacturing, laboratory, and office spaces safe and operational. This is a highly hands-on role that moves between preventative maintenance, troubleshooting facility issues, supporting equipment installations, responding to incidents, and completing small facility improvements. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with their hands, troubleshooting problems independently, operating facility equipment, and supporting manufacturing teams in an environment where priorities can change quickly.
$27.00 - $53.85/hr USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are considered part of Neros' total compensation package.
