The Data Center Infrastructure Architect will provide expert pre- and post-sales technical support, including design assistance and tailored solution development. They will act as a technical lead to engage with customers, build long-term relationships, and ensure CABLExpress products are the preferred choice.
Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in structured cabling or data center network infrastructure sales and hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science. Proficiency in TIA942 standards, Microsoft Visio, and deep knowledge of optical cabling and transmission topologies are required.

We are seeking a dynamic Data Center Infrastructure Architect to develop and maintain high-value customer relationships throughout our sales process. Reporting to the Director of Data Center Architecture, this technical role will be focused on accelerating sales, guiding customer interactions as a technical lead, and providing thought leadership through a solution approach to layer-one cable infrastructure. This role requires the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as well as build trusted relationships with customers. The pay range for this role is $120,000 - $170,000 annually, including a base and variable compensation component. Actual salary offered will vary based on applicant’s relevant skills, education, experience, certifications and geographic location, as well as other business and organizational needs.
Location: This position may be based at our Syracuse, NY or Norcross, GA office locations or may be performed remotely, depending on business needs and candidate qualifications.
