The bar back is responsible for efficiently stocking, cleaning, and organizing the bar area to ensure seamless service. They must maintain the cleanliness of the bar top, glassware, and supplies while troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise.
The ideal candidate should have a proactive and detailed demeanor with a strong understanding of bar operations. Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
